Which car is the best out of these?

Toyota Camry or the Honda Civic if you want a reliable car. The Civic is a smaller car compared to the Camry. the Toyota comes with either V-6 or I-4 engines, the Civic is a four cylinder car only. The Civic or the I-4 Camry will get better mileage. Both of these cars will hold their value better than others on the list, when it comes time to sell. The Scion is made by Toyota it would be my third choice.
