Muscle in my foot squeaking/creaking?

It shouldnt be something extreme or long term. A lot of people have that issue that with certain joints, they creak. And what the hell is with all these parents not taking their kids to the doctors? Seriously i have never heard of so many parents being so incompetent, so irresponsible and uncaring for their children.
