Sudden blindness in left eye, numbness in left arm, severe headache...?

My sister had an episode 2 nights ago. She and her husband had just finished watching I Am Legend at the movies and suddenly her left eye went blind, her left arm went numb, and she got a severe migraine. She has panic attacks easily and she had one when this happened and threw up her pain medicine. They went to the er and while they were waiting the symptoms just went away, as if they never happened. So they left. I'm afraid she might have had a TIA but I would like some opinions on what happened to her please.
