Throwing up after work out?

i use to smoke cigs everyday and train hard, now i stopped and smoke only saturdays bud and cigs, only that one day a week, and felt very healthy, then today after cl when i was still exhasted i had to sparr for 2 rounds of 3 mins. i did it and i was EXTREMELY EXHASTED and outta breath, and i usually dont because i train cardio like every 4 days a week, while i was catching my breathe for 10 min i felt like throwing up, and i did, twice, then i felt better, anyone know whats the reason? is it over exhasted or because its the cig or bud? (which im gonna stop completely now) or a combination ? or was it because i sparred on monday the first day of the week and my body is still not awake? but take note, i was REALLY EXHASTED i was wobbling as i came down the ring, and i had a headache too and lightheaded.
