My one year old son has excema?

He has had excema since he was born. I feel like I have tried every cream and lotion out there. I also have a prescribed steroid cream, but I can not use it everywhere. He has very rough spots I use it on, but he just has severly dry skin everywhere. I looked at the some over the counter medication, but it is for older children and adults. Have you found anything that really works well?
