Can my wife and I still file our taxes jointly if we pay state taxes in different states?

I am in the Army, stationed in Colorado. I use our home of record (Maine) for state tax deductions from my paycheck. My wife works in the local area outside of the base, and has Colorado taxes deducted from her paycheck. Can we still file jointly?
