Help buying small luxury utility vehicle?

OK, so i want something that is about 40k(with included options, etc) , gets good milage, and has a good factory warranty like BMW. Oh, I like leather seats but if the price goes over 41k, forget about it. Please tell me your opinion, and what is included, like if it has leather seats. My options are the Audi Q5, BMW X3, Mercedes Benz GLK, Land Rover LR2, and the Lexus RX 350. I don't want an Infiniti or an Acura(past experience). 10 points!
