I am 25, have an honours degree in Mathematics & have the chance to start my career again...what should I do??

I've been given a blessing in disguise, as I have been given the opportunity to start my career all over again! My qualities are good communicating, problem solving, numerical skills, IT skills & self motivation. I have 4 years experience in banking & 2 years exerience being self employed as a hotel proprietor. I've thought about teaching, accountancy, acturacy & quantity surveying. I know it's my own life & my own decision, but does anyone have any advice for me? As i'm open to really any CAREER suggestions! Many many thanks for your help!
