Is it safe to have ?

Around my itches and twinges sometimes and my aunt said it's kind of infection that happens a lot with ladies. I haven't seen the doctor yet but I used lots of vinegar, what i want to know is that I'm going to have with my boyfriend next Thursday, Would it be safe for him if I have this kind of infection?
