Need Advice About BF HELP PLEASE?

Me and My bf have been together for over 2 years. We have put a deposit on flights to london at the end of the year. However lately we have been bickering about things that wouldn't normally matter but are irritating just the same. We both don't listen to each other. One of his mates is very rude to me he will smoke all my ciggies without asking and then put me down every chance he has. I have said to my bf he needs to stand up for me because when ever I do I am being a ***** apparently. But he never does. As well as his co worker she is a real piece of work she will see us talking privately and will come up and go oh no u 2 having a domestic, Or she will come up and go whats this fight about. I don't say anting as they work together however he should say something as he is her boss and I think she should out. Yesterday I stupidly said I didn't think that this was going to work and I am not sure if I love him anymore. The thing is I do I just want him to realise that he can't just ignore things when it effects myself. He has moved out of the unit and I haven't spoken to him since.
