I'm really weird and I always ruin it?

Well I'm 13 years old and all my friends say I'm weird but they accept me for it and I'm not severly weird or anything but I act abit strange, laughing at really random things and whenever I meet someone a similar age they just think I'm weird and funny. But whenever I meet a boy I make him laugh but also then ends up insulting me and calling me a *****. Am I normal? How do I change? I just think this is who I am but if I go on like this I'll just never have a boyfriend!!! Please please help
