Best workouts and diet plans?

I have 4 weeks to lose 10-15 pounds. I already work out 3 times a week for about an hour each time. I'm probably going to up it to four times a week with that. But mainly,I want to know what diets really work because admittedly I don't eat as healthy as I should. Any advice would be great. Thanks
