How hard is it to transfer colleges?

Specifically west chester university, temple university, penn state, bloomsburg, or just a big PA state school. I am currently attending chestnut hill college in PA, and my plan was to transfer out after my freshman year. i was an average student in high school. I only had about a 2.5 GPA. Im doing pretty good so far my first semester in college. Ive got 3 A's and 2 B minuses. If i keep up the same performance during the second semester, what are my chances a big PA state school will take me?
